Liverpool based grunge artist Abi Rose Kelly releases her new anger-filled track “Kill the Waitress,” marking her third self-released track.

“Kill the Waitress” instantly hooks you in with the pounding drums and follows with punchy guitar’s that keep you listening. Vocally, the song flows between breathy vocals to a roar of a chorus.

“‘Kill the Waitress’ is a song about how angry I am with facing the same angry people every day, and how I view my life in general, coming to terms with being miserable and getting on with it,” Kelly shared. “No self pity here, we’re all human”

With her previous tracks “James’ corsa” and “Polaroids & Violence,” both released in 2020, Kelly was listed to potentially compete in the Glastonbury Festival Emerging Artist competition. While the event never happened due to COVID-19, Kelly has been able to continue to find her voice as a musician and grow her audience.

The year has just started and there sure is to be plenty more music from Abi Rose Kelly to come.
