Their first release since their 2020 album Wake Up, Sunshine and subsequent “Monsters” remixes, “Once In A Lifetime” is classically All Time Low but with a modern twist.
Featuring a mix of pop punk inspiration soaked in 2020s pop and electronic flair, the new single is very sonically similar to the band’s Last Young Renegades album in the best way.
With lyrics about going through a heartbreak so painful that you hope it is only a “once in a lifetime” experience, the song and accompanying music video have you feeling upbeat and grateful for experiences that you’ve had with those closest to you- even if they’re no longer in your life.
Fun and upbeat, even with the pang of sadness, “Once In A Lifetime” has us eagerly awaiting future All Time Low shows where we can once more let loose, sing and dance our hearts out.
