Following a month of mixed reviews and uncertain reactions from fans, it looks like Bring Me The Horizon’s latest experiment has paid off.

The band’s sixth studio album “amo” has officially reached #1 on the UK charts.

To celebrate, lead singer and frontman Oliver Sykes took to instagram to share a throwback clip of himself and bandmate Matt Kean telling a reporter in 2010 how they plan to write the next #1 album.

And, if having the #1 album wasn’t enough of an accomplishment, the band’s lead single from “amo,” titled “Mantra,” is nominated for their first ever Grammy Award, alongside scene favorite Twenty One Pilots.

Congrats, boys. Looks like the world will be seeing a lot more of you in the future.
