Sleeping With Sirens have made their return to Massachusetts. The four piece band joined Point North, Belmont, and Set It Off at Worcester’s Palladium this past Saturday as part of their 21-stop Medicine Tour. And while temperatures outside dropped within degrees of freezing, inside the venue Point North helped kick things off for the evening, helping the nearly two thousand fans get warmed up.
