It’s been a whirlwind 48 hours for fans of Philadelphia Pop Punk band Grayscale.

After Saturday’s late announcement that the band would be continuing on without founding member and drummer Nick Veno, social media became abuzz with rumors surrounding Veno’s removal.

But, even though Veno himself made a statement calling his band members “self centered,” some fans weren’t convinced that their statements were true- especially after tour mates State Champs cracked some jokes in their replies.

But now, almost two full days later, the band have officially relieved all fan’s fears, as they reveal Veno is still a band member, and that their statements were preparing fans for a new music video, which is coming soon.

Based on the video, we can only assume that Veno is “kidnapped” and that his band mates have to win him back. But we’ll have to wait to see!

And in the meantime, we can all breathe a sigh of relief and enjoy the band member’s making jokes about fans who are upset at them for their stunt.
