In case you missed it: singer/songwriter Jade Hilton released her first single of the year earlier this month and it is officially the best release of quarantine 2020.

“I Would,” which dropped April 3rd, is Hilton’s latest single- and potentially the most heart-breakingly relatable.

The soft ballad, which is accompanied by light guitar and a subtle percussion beat, tells the tale of a one-sided love. The type we have all experienced- especially in our younger years.

And while the emotions behind the track bleed through the vocals and subsequently pull on your heartstrings- the song is one you want to listen to on repeat. Beautifully crafted in a combination of indie singer/songwriter and pop vibes- “I Would” is the perfect song to get “in your feels” to.

After gaining a sizable following on social media after posting a variety of cover tracks and original songs, Hilton began pursuing music full time following her graduation from The University of Illinois.

Previously releases include “This Town,” “Full Ride,” and “Hopeless.”

You can check out Jade’s music now, on Spotify, and be sure to follow her on Twitter and Instagram to keep up with all upcoming releases.
