Marie-Clo is reminding women that it is okay to be themselves and embrace their ‘flaws’ with the release of her new single and music video “At Ease.”
The latest single to be released from the singer’s upcoming EP Shell(e) Pt. III, “At Ease” is about reclaiming your own narrative, embracing your authenticity, and not living under the eye of the male gaze.
Featuring lyrics about letting your hair down and embracing your femininity without paying attention to how that may impact the thoughts those around you, “At Ease” reminds listeners that they don’t have to shape themselves to fit someone else’s ideals.
Through a catchy, retro-inspired beat and the singer’s soft yet captivating vocals- the single will make you want to get up and dance your heart out- regardless of who is watching.
And in addition to the release of “At Ease,” Marie-Clo also put out a new music video, which embraces femininity, diversity, and being true to yourself.
