On December 5, 2012, Motörhead played to their largest audience in Germany, and now, that performance is being released as a live recording that encapsulates the live synergy and pure rock and roll that was Motörhead, appropriately titled Louder Than Noise…Live in Berlin.

These new live recordings of the band’s classic songs “Ace of Spade,” “Rock It,” and “Over the Top,” highlights the style, grace, and grittiness Motörhead has brought to the rock and roll genre.

And though the band called it quits in 2015, the new live album gives fans a chance to relive the band’s history by featuring the late Ian ‘Lemmy’ Kilmister, Phile Campbell, and Mikkey Dee.

The longstanding trio broke down many rock barriers during their run, and brought Motörgospel to the masses around the world. Louder Than Noise celebrates the career of Kilmister, Campbell, and Dee, being a fun collectable for die-hard Motörhead fans, and a reminder of the true power of rock and roll- showcasing this unapologetic, boisterous charm, and dirty, dangerous style mostly associated with this Motörhead trio throughout the record.

As for the crew behind the scenes, the band’s longtime producer Cameron Webb, brought his mixing skills to the project, continuing his skill of showcasing the gusto of Motörhead. The night was captured by Herwig Meyszner through multi-camera production to not miss any moment of action from both the stage and the crowd.

“You can’t listen to a record and find out what we’re about. You’ve got to see us”

Lemmy Kilmister, 1981
