Pennsylvania natives No Take Backs are continuing their year of new music with the release of their third single “Grey.”

Released yesterday, the band’s latest single is an upbeat, classically styled pop punk track about regret, growth, and nostalgia.

“This song about the nostalgic feeling you get when looking back on old memories with friends and family,” the band shared. “Specifically, this song is about the two people who most impacted our vocalist Tyler Dibble’s life and the fond memories he has of those two people.”

Featuring a verse from fellow PA native alt-pop artist Flowers For You, the track is a perfect culmination of rising talent and powerful emotions. With the verses digging into the feeling of being lost and hoping for a sign or reassurance from those closest to you, the track is almost the beginning of a coming of age tale.

And with a music video that also dropped yesterday showcasing the band’s four members and their guest vocalist taking a thoughtful drive around town and trying to escape their minds- the band perfectly encapsulate the idea of being stuck in one place while also trying to break free and start fresh.

You can stream “Grey” out now, wherever you stream music, and if you like what you hear, be sure to follow No Take Backs on social media to stay up to date on all future releases.
