Sammy Johnson is helping prepare fans for the release of his new album by giving us a “Cool & Easy” new music video.
The new video, which showcases Johnson singing his single “Cool & Easy,” is the perfect end-of-weekend, relaxed, feel good vibe that we all need after one hectic and unexplainable news week.
With lyrics about falling in love and appreciating the little moments with the people you love, the reggae track puts Johnson’s vocals and passions on full display.
And though the track was released last month, the new music video reinvigorates our excitement for Johnson’s upcoming album of the same name, set to debut January 22nd.
“Cool & Easy is so many things,” the vocalist shared. “It’s the rekindling of my love for reggae music, it’s my first reggae full album and it is a true authentic expression of how reggae music has touched my life and blessed me with the opportunity to do what I love.”
Acknowledging the time in which is new album will debut, Johnson also admits that he hopes his music provides listeners with moments of peace.
“I felt so strongly to consciously create something that would provide a place of refuge, peace, love and happiness. I’m so proud of this album and I pray that you receive it with all the love and good vibes it’s wrapped up in.”
