Selena Gomez Releases New Single, Announces New Album with Benny Blanco

Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are more than just a powerful couple, they’re also powerful business partners.

The engaged couple, who each have had massive musical success of their own over the years, have just announced the release of their third yet biggest collaboration- a full length album titled I Said I Love You First.

Set to hit streaming platforms in full on March 21st, this announcement also came with the release of the album’s first single “Scared of Loving You.”

A soft spoken, minute and 50 seconds of Gomez serenading listeners the track recounts the main fear of falling in love, which is the fear of losing that love as time goes on.

Gomez’s first release in nearly a year, following 2024’s “Love On,” and Blanco’s first credit since his October Myke Towers collab “DEGENERE,” “Scared of Loving You” is the couple’s third collaborative track, following “Same Old Love” in 2015 and “I Can’t Get Enough” in 2021.

A normally private duo, Blanco and Gomez announced their engagement in early December, and have had fans on the edge of their seats since- wondering if they would be planning more than a wedding in the coming months, making todays surprise announcement even more exciting.

You can stream “Scared of Loving You” out now, and keep an ear out for the full album I Said I Love You First out March 21st.
