Selfish Things are about to tour the US once more- this time with emo music legends Have Mercy, Young Culture and Fredo Disco.

But before the Canadian band hits the road, they’re giving fans a bit of a taste as of what is to come during their set- including some re-imagined tracks from their debut album “Logos.”

In a post shared earlier today, Selfish Things announced that they would be releasing an alternate version of their single “Torn,” next Friday, January 31st.

The track, which originally featured Underoath’s Spencer Chamberlain, made it’s debut as the sixth track on the band’s album “Logos,” released in September of last year.

While we will have to wait to listen to the full alternate version, the teaser strips down the original track, adding a piano backing and softer vocals.

And we are definitely excited to hear it in full.

You can catch Selfish Things alongside Have Mercy, Young Culture, and Fredo Disco on Have Mercy’s final tour, kicking off February 5th in Boston and wrapping up March 20th in Baltimore.
