Simple Creatures are back in the lying game.

Earlier today the super duo released a music video for their latest single “One Little Lie.”

And fittingly so, the video is filled with… you guessed it. LIES.

The video, which stars the band’s only members, Mark Hoppus and Alex Gaskarth, plays like a VH1 Pop-Up Video, featuring a variety of “facts” over the two musicians singing/playing through the song.

But, unlike on VH1, not all of the statements in question are true, and the band’s challenge to fans is to see who can find out which ones are lies.

Some of the facts include:

Sharks have 6 rows of teeth

Women have a higher pain tolerance than men

Whiskey actually starts out as beer

Alex was born in london

People lie an average of 126,000 times in their lifetime

and many more.
