This week’s song is one you definitely don’t want to SLEEP ON.

The second single to be released off of Sleep On It’s upcoming “Pride & Disaster”- which is hitting the airwaves on September 13th – “Hold Your Breath” is our new favorite track.

Launching exclusively through Alt Press, the track and video released earlier this afternoon.

Taking a bit of a darker turn from the upbeat “Under the Moment,” “Hold Your Breath” is more rock focused than pop.

With lyrics that talk about finding yourself and moving away from your past- we can only assume this is one of the transition songs on the album that describe the feeling of going from Pride to Disaster and back to normal again.

But I guess we’ll have to wait until September 13th to be sure.
