Stand Atlantic are “fighting back” against the Corona Virus.

After posting a candid video on Twitter yesterday updating fans on the status of their upcoming album and disrupted touring plans for the rest of the year, the band promised that they would be releasing new music over the next few months to keep everyone united in this time of uncertainty.

And that promise started this afternoon with the release of their brand new single “Drink To Drown.”

A departure from the band’s normal angsty punk-rock vibes “Drink To Drown” slows things down with emotional lyrics and vocals, backed by a somber piano track instead of their usual heavy guitars or percussion.

But while the song itself is a sad one, the band lifted listener’s spirits via the track’s music video- which showcases some positivity in the form of fan involvement.

You can stream “Drink To Drown,” at midnight local time, wherever you stream music, and be sure to stay tuned to Stand Atlantic’s social media for updates on all new music and future plans.
