There are less than two full days left before Stand Atlantic release their sophomore album “Pink Elephant,” but the band have blessed fans with yet another new song for us to rock out to.
And we’re feeling blurry.
Released this afternoon, “Blurry” is the latest single by the Australian pop-punk band, and is the sixth single to be released prior to their album’s Friday debut.
A bit of a change from the previous singles, “Blurry” features pop inspired upbeat instrumentals, with electronic elements piercing through during the chorus. But in true Stand Atlantic fashion, the lyrics feature darker tones- referencing themes of mental illness toxic relationships via the use of metaphors.
And along with the track came a new music video, depicting the band playing in a hallway full of creepy-crawly nightmares. But you’ll have to watch it to find out more.
You can stream “Blurry” starting at midnight, along with the previous five singles- available now. And stay tuned for Friday’s “Pink Elephant” release.
