Congratulations are in order for The Maine’s Pat Kirch and his wife Shacara Nemetz! The lovely couple welcomed their first child, Charlotte Rose Kirch, over the weekend. Born February 29th as a leap year baby, and weighing in at 7 pounds, Charlotte is the first baby for Kirch and Nemetz, who wed in January following the announcement of their back in September.
