Young Culture have slowed things down a bit for their brand new track “I’ll Be There.”
The song, which dropped earlier this morning, is a step back from their normal pop-punk sound.
Featuring softer percussion and instrumentals in favor of smooth vocals and full pop beats, the song gives fans a look at the band’s diverse range. They are not just an angsty punk band or a pop band, they are Young Culture- and they’re ready to switch it up.
A love song at it’s core, “I’ll Be There,” is the second song to be released by the band this year, following March’s “Holiday in Vegas.”
However, unlike their previous single, this release comes at a time of political and emotional unrest in the United States- and as a way of helping bring attention to the current state of the union, Young Culture have decided to take a pause on promoting the new track and have held off on releasing the song’s music video in favor of using their platform to help promote change.
You can stream the new track now wherever you stream music, and be sure to follow Young Culture on Twitter to stay up to date on all things new music, activism, and being there for each other.
