Yours Truly are about to become a household name.

Last week the Australian pop-punk band announced their debut album, “Self Care,” which is set to drop September 18th.

Inspired by the band’s fears of imposter syndrome, feelings of self doubt and societal pressure to succeed, “Self Care” is an ode to navigating the process of growing up and finding yourself all while in the public eye. Especially after debuting a highly acclaimed album just one year prior.

In fact, the success of Yours Truly’s “Afterburner” (2019) heavily inspired their new music, as the band battled with a fear of not measuring up to fan’s expectations.

“We didn’t want to release something and have people say that we’re actually not that good and weren’t worthy of all the success we were getting… it was like we all had imposter syndrome,” singer Mikaila Delgado shared.

The experience was a true form of self-care that ended with me feeling stronger, smarter, enlightened and positive after a rollercoaster of emotions. For me, this album was my version of soaking in vanilla candles and that comforting taste of chocolate and red wine under blankets. We hope it brings solace to whoever listens to it and can relate too.”

This announcement came alongside the release of the band’s latest single “Together,” the second single from “Self Care,” following “Composure” earlier this summer.

You can stream “Composure” and “Together,” now, and be sure to pre-order “Self Care,” ahead of it’s September 18th release.
