A self proclaimed optimist, French uses the track to explain that he too has feelings of suffocating in his own mind. But, instead of letting these feelings and thoughts drown him, French encourages himself and his fans to “make friends with the crowded room.”

“No matter what, these voices will always be there – it’s all about how you react to them that will make the difference.”

And in addition to the positive message the song spreads about trying to feel more comfortable and accepting with yourself, musically the song has a catchy pop-beat that will have you playing it on loop as you dance about your living room.
