A perfect track to segue into next month’s Suicide Prevention theme, Designer Disguise have just released a brand new song- dedicated to reminding listeners that it is normal to not be alright.

“No One’s Alright,” which officially drops on all streaming services tomorrow, is the latest single by the Seattle based band, and helps remind listeners and fans alike that they are not alone in their struggles- no matter how isolated they may feel.

A perfect song for the current state of the world when people are as isolated as ever, “No One’s Alright” starts off slowly, with a gradual build up into the pre-chorus where it picks up tempo and sends listeners on a journey into the realms of pop, rock, and electronic music. As a band known for genre-bending, “No One’s Alright” is a prefect example of Designer Disguise’s ability to create catchy mixed-genre songs that are able to draw in listeners of all musical preference.

And along with the pleasant instrumentals and vibe to the track, the song features meaningful lyricism, encouraging those who are struggling to try to flip the lens they are looking through and realize that nobody is “alright” 100% of the time- something we all need to be reminded of.

In addition to the release of the single, the band also dropped a new music video, that showcases some of the negative impacts of living in a society so focused on social media and instant gratification byway of “likes” and “followers.”

You can stream the new music video now via The Noise, and be sure to stay up to date on all things Designer Disguise via their social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and their website.
