It’s finally Friday and that means one thing- it’s “Manic” release day.

Halsey’s third studio album dropped at midnight, marking her first full length release since 2017’s “Hopeless Fountain Kingdom.”

The album, which consists of 16 tracks, samples a variety of musical styles- ranging from pop to country to stream of consciousness poetry.

“There’s an ancient saying saying that you have three faces. The first one you broadcast to the world, the second you show to those closest to you, and the last one you never show to anyone,” the singer explains in her album’s Spotify intro.

“The first one is Halsey. The second is Ashley. But there’s a third that exists in the cracks between the two… I’m Halsey, Ashley, and I’m offering you a glimpse of that third face.”

“Manic” is an open and honest look into Halsey’s life- both personal and professional.

With tracks about navigating love, life, and trying to find peace with your own internal madness, “Manic” is one of the best albums to hit the airwaves so far this year, and also of her career.

And if Halsey herself can’t convince you, the album features cameos from Dominic Fike, Alanis Morissette, SUGA, and a very quick John Mayer.

You can stream the full album now, and check out the full track listing below along with each track’s music video/visualizer.
