Just recently on Good Morning America, blink-182 announced that their album would be releasing on September 20th but could we expect anything new between now and then?

Their first 3 singles, including “Blame It On My Youth”, “Generational Divide” and “Happy Days” (in that order) have sparked quite the excitement surrounding the upcoming album.

It’s been roughly 3 years since their previous LP release, “California” and now fans won’t have to wait much longer.

Luckily for us, blink-182 has announced the release of yet another single, “Darkside” which will be streaming on all major platforms this Friday.

Earlier today the band posted to their social media account sharing a phone number, stating “FOR A GOOD TIME TEXT 323-831-0182” but instead, after giving the number a call you could hear a very raw, muffled version of what was clearly their new track “Darkside”

While the other releases were well received by fans around the globe as sharing a lot of similarities with blink’s older style/sound, it sounds as though “Darkside” will join them and could quite possibly become their most popular single to date.

Currently, blink-182 is on tour with Lil Wayne & Neck Deep as part of the “Enema of the State Tour” so if you have tickets to one of their upcoming shows, you may just get to hear their new release live.
