Everybody stay calm because One Direction are back.

Sort of.

The infamous international boy band, who have been on hiatus since 2016, sent fans into a frenzy this morning after a vague tweet was made from the band’s account.

“Tomorrow! You and me got a whole lot of history” the post read, with a hashtag and photo reading 10 Years of One Direction.

This tweet marks the first bit of communication from the band’s joint account in about two years- with the last tweets being about the band’s 8 year anniversary in 2018.

And while there is no clear hint at what tomorrow will bring, many fans are speculating that the band will be reuniting to perform some tracks live via Zoom or to discuss their past 10 years of music and where they are now.

Others are just hoping to catch a glimpse of the boys all together again- regardless fo the forum.

And though we have no definite answers about the band’s individual plans, Capital FM shared that they would be hosting their own celebration with Liam Payne, who would join them for a chat tomorrow morning before they host their own One Direction interview/music video watch party later in the day.

But these teasers aren’t the only thing causing One Direction fans to freak out today.

Some observant fans noticed that for the first time since his departure in 2015, Zayn Malik is being followed on Twitter by all four of his former bandmates- who all had previously unfollowed him after their split.

What this means, we are unsure. But, we cannot wait to see what the band has up their sleeves.

If you need us, we’ll be re-listening to their entire discography.
