Spring time cannot come soon enough!
Today we can celebrate what will likely be, the most insane tour 2019 will have to offer. We Came As Romans and Crown The Empire have officially announced that they will be touring across the US together.
WCAR began dropping subtle hints of an announcement on Instagram last week, with vague photos and captions that said one word- “Wednesday.”
After much speculation, the band finally broke their silence with a tour announcement, which will be their first full tour since the passing of lead singer, Kyle Pavone, back in August.
The full announcement went live at 5pm EST after they posted one final hint, letting their followers know the time has almost arrived.
WCAR fans were not only extremely hype for the upcoming shows, but were also in complete shock that they were touring with another high profile name. Crown The Empire.
CTE has been relatively quiet on the music front since their release of “what i am” in September of 2018, so a tour announcement didn’t seem like it was in the cards for them anytime soon.
All the better to surprise your fans when they least expect it.
CTE also took to their social media pages to announce their involvement with the tour roughly an hour after the Instagram post went live on the We Came As Romans account.
CTE decided to also announce to their fans that they will be selling VIP packages, including a Meet and Greet and a photo opp with the band. Luckily, WCAR also announced a VIP package with a Meet and Greet- so if you plan to attend, be sure to take full advantage of everything the tour has to offer, given the tickets aren’t already gone.
Unfortunately, some downtime followed the posts as fans had to wait a couple days- until February 8th- before the shows were on-sale. When tickets finally went live people surely did not hesitate to purchase both GA/VIP as soon as they possibly could. A tour like this is a once in a lifetime experience so who would want to miss out? Certainly nobody who enjoys at least one of these major names.
On top of the fact that We Came As Romans and Crown The Empire are co-headlining the tour, they happily announced that they will be bringing along the bands Erra, and SHVPES. Be prepared to get there early, you definitely do not want to miss those openers!
